GROUP SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For
FLORIDA CLASSICAL BALLET THEATRE PRODUCTIONS
RESERVATIONS: Reservations are confirmed ONLY when the Eissey Campus Theatre receives payment. All members of your group must have a ticket to view the performance. This includes bus drivers and tour escorts.
GROUP RATE: Groups of 20 or more receive a group discount of $5.00 off the ticket price for Florida Classical Ballet Theatre performances. This discount is only good in the side orchestra or balcony sections of the theatre. NOT GOOD WITH ANY OTHER DISCOUNT.
COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS: One complimentary ticket will be given for every twenty tickets paid.
CHANGES: Additions (as available) or reductions in the number of tickets reserved will ONLY be accepted prior to time of payment. Additional tickets needed after your payment is made can be purchased at FULL price, pending availability at the box office.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE: A deposit of half of the contracted tickets purchased is due within 7 days of the initial reservation. Balance is due thirty (30) days after deposit is due unless otherwise agreed upon by Eissey Campus Theatre Ticket Office Manager. If final balance is not received by the due date tickets will be released for sale to the general public. Upon final payment tickets will be mailed to the Group Representative for distribution to group members.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON GROUP SALE TICKETS ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PROGRAMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
